At the Tyken Group’s core lies two men who are not - you may be surprised to discover - technical experts.  They are not (at the time of this post) seasoned veterans of enterpreneurship.   They are not payroll or HR experts and neither of them is even named “Tyken.”

 Seth Sigel and Matt Joelson are people experts.  They have spent their careers in sales,working for corporate giants and for emerging companies,  and they understand that people do business with people that they trust.  With people that work unwaveringly in their interests.  With people that respond to their concerns, that understand their needs, and that make their lives easier.  And better.
